  • Are you always on the go and need quick snacks to grab on the way out the door?

  • Do you need healthy vegan snacks to send with your toddler for daycare?

I’ve got you, mama!

When you’re raising a plant based vegan child, you’ve got to be extra vigilant to have the right kind of snacks at the ready. Otherwise you’ll be caught unprepared. Not fun!

As a mama of 4 and grandma of 2, I’ve learned that planning and prepping ahead can make all the difference, saving you time, stress, and money…not only for meals but for snacks too.

If you want healthy toddler snacks available when you need them, you’ll want to do a little planning or prepping ahead.

When you plan and prep snacks ahead of time, you get 3 big benefits:

  1. Reduced stress.  Being prepared with healthy vegan snacks = less stress for you and your little one (no more hangry toddlers).

  2. Healthier diet.  Your child will eat healthier when you have healthy snacks at the ready.

  3. Save money.  You’ll spend less money on packaged foods when you prepare ahead. You won’t need to give in to last minute purchases of expensive, processed snacks that you’d rather not buy.

But wait, you thought this was about vegan snacks you can make in 5 minutes or less. You can’t make muffins in less that 5 minutes!

My bad.

I included them anyway.

Because once you’ve made them, they make a super quick, yummy snack . Or make extra and freeze. It only takes a second to pull out a slice of banana bread from the freezer and a just few minutes to thaw. And you know homemade snacks are some of the BEST kinds of snacks and so much more nutritious than store bought.

I highly recommend doing a little “snack prep” ahead of time. Its sooo worth it.
